We performed an in-depth content analysis of Taco Bell’s social presence on Meta, Instagram, X, TikTok, Reddit, and Discord, along with a deep dive into fan conversations and an audit of ten competitors in the QSR industry.

Our findings identified the top 3 menu items fans wanted back, the significance of celebrity and influencer partnerships in driving conversation, and we revealed Taco Bell as the #1 QSR brand on TikTok.

Our analysis and insights influenced Taco Bell’s decision to bring back fan favorites, like Mexican Pizza and Nacho Fries. We also refined their social strategy to encourage growth across platforms and provided tactics on how to secure their leadership position on TikTok.
